Thraidify is an AI-powered custom apparel platform that allows users to create, customize, save, and purchase apparel featuring generated or customized artwork.

Account information may include full name, email, mobile number, password, date of birth, and shipping address.

Order information may include product selections, size, colour, fit/gender, print placement, design information, shipping information, order status, transaction-related information, and support information.

AI information may include design prompts, generated artwork, design configurations, and saved designs.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay. Thraidify does not store complete card, UPI, bank-account, or other payment credentials handled by Razorpay.

We may use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, process orders and payments, manufacture and deliver products, provide support, send transactional communications, manage saved designs, provide personalized recommendations, improve the platform and AI features, detect fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, comply with law, and send permitted marketing communications.

Prompts and generated artwork may be processed by third-party AI providers used for generation.

Generated artwork and related information may be used to improve products, services, and AI systems where permitted by applicable law and relevant provider terms.

Generated designs are not provided through a public Thraidify gallery or community feature. Thraidify may independently feature generated artwork in its marketing or promotional materials where permitted by law.

Thraidify may review, restrict, reject, or remove content where reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, prohibited content, abuse, security issues, intellectual-property complaints, or policy violations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Thraidify owns or controls rights and interests in artwork generated through the platform.

Where particular rights cannot legally vest in Thraidify, the user grants Thraidify a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and commercially exploit such artwork for operating, improving, marketing, and providing Thraidify products and services.

Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate Thraidify, including hosting and infrastructure, cloud storage, AI generation, email, payment processing, manufacturing and fulfillment, shipping, analytics, advertising, marketing, customer support, security, and fraud-prevention providers.

Merch Factory may receive necessary name, phone number, shipping address, and order/product information to manufacture and deliver an order.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful government or court requests, protect legal rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce Terms, or protect customers, Thraidify, or third parties.

Some service providers may process or store information outside India. Thraidify will take steps required by applicable law and use appropriate safeguards where required.

Thraidify may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login, authentication, cart functionality, security, preferences, analytics, personalization, advertising, and marketing. Where required, appropriate consent will be obtained for non-essential technologies.

Thraidify may send information about products, drops, features, offers, and promotions through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available channels where permitted and where required consent has been obtained.

Customers may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting support@thraidify.com. Transactional and essential service communications may still be sent.

Thraidify may use purchases, saved designs, interactions, and website activity to provide personalized recommendations and improve relevance.

Ordinary generated artwork and saved designs may be retained for up to one year and then deleted.

Artwork and information associated with completed orders may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for order records, customer support, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, or related business purposes.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or related business purposes.

Customers may request account deletion by contacting support@thraidify.com.

Personal information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized. Certain records may be retained where necessary for completed orders, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, security, or enforcement of Terms.

Saved/generated designs may be retained for up to the applicable one-year period, subject to the completed-order exception above.

Depending on applicable law, customers may have rights concerning correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and other rights available under applicable law. Requests may be made to support@thraidify.com. Identity verification may be required.

Thraidify uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information may be processed to detect and prevent fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized access, automated abuse, and other misuse. Accounts may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

Thraidify does not intentionally collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law. Concerns may be sent to support@thraidify.com.

Third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Relevant providers may include payment, AI, hosting, cloud, email, manufacturing, shipping, analytics, advertising, and support services.

Thraidify may update this policy to reflect changes to services, technology, business operations, legal requirements, or privacy practices. Material changes may be notified through the website or other reasonable means.
