Shipping Policy

Thraidify currently ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping is free on every Thraidify order, with no minimum order value.

We aim to deliver orders within 5–7 business days from successful payment confirmation. This is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside Thraidify's reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, operational disruptions, service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is shipped, tracking information may be provided through the fulfillment and shipping process handled by Merch Factory or the relevant shipping partner, where available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact details at checkout. Thraidify does not guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

If an order becomes undeliverable because of an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise unusable customer-provided address, or because the customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, no refund or replacement will be provided. Thraidify may attempt re-delivery where operationally possible, with any additional shipping cost handled case-by-case.

Lost, delayed, or disputed deliveries will be reviewed case-by-case based on available evidence and, where appropriate, investigation with the relevant fulfillment or shipping partner.

If Thraidify cancels an order from its side, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
